Creative Dreamers Mentorship is MBKA's signature college-based mentorship program that introduces young creators to higher education, leadership, and career opportunities within the music and creative industries.

This program bridges the gap between aspiration and opportunity by helping young people see themselves as future college students, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders.

  • Designed for ages 11–14 and 15–18, the program provides students with immersive learning experiences on college campuses where they engage with mentors, industry professionals, and university partners while building confidence, expanding their networks, and exploring future career pathways.

    Through partnerships with Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University, and other technical and music-focused institutions, students participate in leadership development, career exploration, hands-on workshops, campus experiences, and meaningful mentorship that inspires them to pursue higher education and careers in the creative economy.

  • The investment for this 90-day mentorship experience is only $50 per mentee. This small program fee helps support educational materials, student activities, supplies, and the overall program experience.

  • At Music Business Kids of America, our mission is to prepare the next generation of creative leaders through mentorship, education, and real-world experiences. We believe every young person deserves access to positive mentors, career exploration opportunities, and a supportive community that helps them discover their purpose. We're incredibly excited about this year's program and can't wait to welcome our newest cohort of Creative Dreamers!
