Hi, I’m Dasha Ware “Big Sis.”

Welcome to Music Business Kids of America.

I created MBKA because I saw a gap—talented, creative young people with big dreams, but no real guidance on how the music industry actually works. No roadmap. No protection. No preparation.

So I built what I wish existed.

MBKA is more than books and programs, it’s a movement to educate, empower, and equip the next generation of creators with the knowledge, mindset, and tools they need to win in music and in life.

Around here, we don’t just focus on talent, we build thinkers, leaders, and future executives.

Whether you're a parent looking to guide your child, a student ready to take your dreams seriously, or a partner who believes in youth development, you’re in the right place.

Let’s build the next generation of industry leaders… the right way.

About the Founder

Dāsha Ware equips young people with real access, real language, and real routes into the entertainment economy. She builds pathways and turns insider knowledge into public access for youth and young adults. Her work is anchored in shared investment, skill transfer, and the kind of leadership that produces lasting opportunity.

A music executive, educator, and innovator, Dāsha stands at the intersection of talent development, strategic marketing, education, and community impact. She is the founder of RSG Agency and a recognized digital marketing strategist with 20 years of experience across music, entertainment, sports, brand building, and business development. Her work moves culture with precision and measurable impact. From 2010 to 2022, she led digital and social media strategy for Rap Snacks, driving expansion into 1,000+ major retailers nationwide. Her marketing execution includes collaborations with major brands and industry icons, including Rap Snacks, FUBU, Reebok, Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, Gucci Mane, Master P, and more. Her distribution record adds another layer of proof: 120+ records and 60+ albums released through a STEM partnership, generating 11M+ catalog streams.

Dāsha’s leadership does not end at the industry door. It multiplies through education and institution-building. As an Adjunct Instructor at SAE Institute Atlanta, she trained 500+ students and drove academic excellence, with 60% earning Dean’s List standing. In 2025 alone, she designed and directed youth audio and music business programs reaching 500+ youth ages 12 to 27. For public-facing positioning, her service range is ages 8 to 27, with a core niche of ages 8 to 18. She builds a pipeline that starts with early exposure and confidence, moves through skill-building and career literacy, and culminates in real readiness for the creative economy.

Her influence also shows up in the rooms where systems get built. She served as Executive Board Member of the National Collegiate Entertainers Group from 2018-2026, building what the organization describes as the “NCAA of the Music Industry” across college campuses nationwide. She is also an Executive Board Member of the African Women Mobilization Commission, advancing women’s empowerment, leadership development, and global community uplift. Recognition has followed performance, including Business Elite “40 Under 40” (2024) and Best of Georgia Digital Marketing Firm honorable mention (2023, 2024), with a 2025 nomination.

Dāsha’s impact scales because she has built intellectual property that travels. She is a best-selling author of multiple titles in music, including Smart Artists Don’t Starve and The Smart Artist Release (2021), plus The Industry Series, a 12-book series: Industry Mindset (2025), Industry Ready (2025), Industry Power (2026), Industry Careers (2026), and six more titles to come with the series in 2026. Her catalog expands again with the upcoming Music’s Hidden Heroes series (late 2026), with demographics listed as age 10 and up. These works are not branding. They are curriculum architecture.

As a leader, Dāsha enters every role and every room with earned authority. She leads with operational discipline, verifiable results, and institutional-level credibility. Her standards do not shift, and her performance does not require explanation. Her work is results-centered and rooted in integrity. She does not ask communities to trust her vision. She delivers structure, standards, and execution that stand up in any environment.

Dāsha welcomes partners who invest in infrastructure: program expansion, curriculum distribution, mentorship capacity, equipment, space, scholarships, internships, and aligned community partnerships. This is shared commitment built on clear benchmarks and verifiable impact, designed to last.
