Over 12 weeks, students explore how the music industry works while building creativity, confidence, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Students begin the program by learning how successful creators think. This week focuses on discipline, goal setting, ownership, and confidence. Students explore the difference between hobbyists and professionals while learning how mindset shapes long-term success in the music industry.

Students are introduced to how the music industry actually works. They learn the roles that power the industry including artists, producers, managers, labels, marketing teams, and distributors. This week builds foundational knowledge so students understand the ecosystem they are entering.

Students explore how music is created from idea to finished song. They learn the fundamentals of songwriting, storytelling, and collaboration while discovering how artists turn personal experiences into music that connects with audiences.

Students are introduced to the recording studio environment and the professionals who bring music to life. This week covers the roles of producers, engineers, and studio managers, along with the basics of recording sessions and how music is produced.
