Designed to prepare middle and high school students for success in the music industry and the creative economy. YCA isn't just a program, it's a pathway. A place where young creators discover their purpose, develop their leadership, explore meaningful careers, and become Industry Ready.
Young Creators Academy (YCA)
8-Week Career Accelerator Program
Young Creators Academy 8-Week Career Accelerator, is an intensive Saturday program that introduces students ages 11–18 to the business behind the music. Over eight weeks, students participate in leadership assemblies, interactive workshops, case studies, career exploration, guest speaker sessions, team-based projects, and executive presentations while studying MBKA's exclusive Industry Series curriculum.
Upon completing the 8-Week Career Accelerator, students graduate with an Industry Ready Certificate, a professional leadership portfolio, career action plan, and membership in the Young Creators Network, where they continue learning through advanced academies, mentorship opportunities, workshops, industry experiences, and future Career Accelerator Programs.
